What is your change/cancellation policy?
We are happy to help you with changing the size, material or image or canceling / refunding the order. To do this, fill out the contact form as quickly as possible and state your order number, e-mail address and any desired changes. Order changes/cancellations will only be accepted before an order is processed. For made-to-order personalized products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order after your items have gone into production. This would mean that the drafting and designing has started. If you need to change your shipping address, we can help you just until the order ships. Please send us a message with the current shipping address and the address where you would like to change the address.
Can I change my order later?
Due to the automated ordering and production processes, the data is processed immediately after the order has been placed.
Therefore, any subsequent changes to current orders - e.g. image, format, execution - are unfortunately no longer possible.

Product Information
Will the ink crack or fade over time?
We use a process called sublimation. This means you won't be able to feel any ink or tears on your images as the product itself is colored.
Product Creation, Quality & Rights
All images on our website have been painstakingly created using a complicated technology stack (AI, photo editing, upscaling, etc). The images are 100% unique and only available on our shop.
The original images, which are used for printing, have a much higher resolution than the images that can be viewed here in the shop. This enables us to ensure the authenticity of our products and the final print quality.
We hold all rights to the artworks offered for sale.

How long does it take to receive my product?
Our delivery times depend on the product and its size. The delivery period shown in the shopping cart when ordering is decisive.
The delivery usually takes place within 2 - 4 working days via DHL. Delays may occur around public holidays.

Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to fulfill international orders! Our production time is the same and the shipping costs vary depending on the order situation. Depending on your home country, a customs tax may be charged in addition to your shipping cost. NOTE: All prices on our website are EUR. Once you have completed your transaction, your card will be charged in EU currency.

As a rule, the packages are delivered with DHL, DPD.
What are the shipping costs?
We do not charge any shipping costs within Germany and Austria. EU-wide we charge 8.99€
